The more anxious you are the more the exercises in the Doing Part will benefit you – especially the exercises that puts you in front of people. If you’re also aware of the principles behind social freedom you will get more horsepower in your growth process.
A social stunt that I described is not necessary. The most important thing is that you grow long-term and not just getting a few highs. But when the time is right, you might feel compelled to set yourself out for a social stunt to experience an intense growth explosion!
