When you’re out approaching, going to the gym, eating healthy, and nothing seems to help. Frustration peaks. Why are you still feeling anxious and tense? Why aren’t you fulfilled?
Ask yourself, is it your inspiration making you do these things or just a feeling that you should do it?
Maybe you don’t really want to do it. Maybe you at least need a break. Follow your inspiration and the rest of your life will be taken care of.
Are you pushing yourself too hard?
If your inspiration tells you to stay home and read books, try that out for a bit. See if you like your life better once the pressure is off. And yes, maybe your inspiration to challenge yourself will be back. Probably.
There might also be a complicated set of fears and emotions underneath it all. There might be a load of existential fear that MAKES you do these things.
What to do about it?
- Just have a curiosity about it.
- Stay PRESENT with your general feelings. And as your emotional intelligence is increasing, these deep-seated fears will come up to get healed. This is a long journey, but healing emotional junk is the best thing you can do for yourself.
