What do you do if panic attacks occur at times you really don’t want them to happen?
If you’re around people and these sand devils come, go to the restrooms if you can, and release the emotions there, silently if you want. Maybe you don’t want to have tears in your eyes when you get out of the bathroom. But if you’re in a more comfortable environment, take the opportunities to let them happen – cry, get angry or purge – don’t hold back. Let it take you. Have faith. Remember, this is all growth, and it’s necessary. It’ll make you healthier, happier more fearless on the other side. But no need to get compulsive. You don’t have to force them out. These emotions just come when they come.
You are your own master. Don’t be hard on yourself. Have a sense of humor. Remember, the mind is testing you to see if you will fall for it’s tricks. Your ego is scared of being left behind and losing control. These dark holes are illusions. Something will always welcome you on the other side. It may seem like you’re gonna die or disappear, but you actually become MORE yourself. This is healing.
Surrender. Let go of control. What makes it more painful is the idea that YOU can control it. You’re not in control. Nature is too powerful. Relax, and know that nature is taking care of the emotional healing.
